Finding happiness in materialistic world

13 July 2018, Friday - when i realized there is no much happiness in materialistic things.

The thing that encouraged me to write this post is that i realised the true meaning of happiness is not the things, or not your relations, but it is your inner satisfaction.

Some people believe that humans are not satisfied , they want more and more. If  a man reached a goal or a destination, he may be happy at that time but this happiness will not last forever.

so what do to next ,do nothing because you can not get  true happiness... no it is not true you can do a thing .
What you have to do to be happy all the time?
Getting permanent happiness can came from 5 basic rules of life:

  1. Expect Less from people.

I am here not taking about only friends, sub-ordinate, colleagues, but family members also.
for e.g. if you want some thing such as a new phone ,bikes etc and  you know you are fully dependent on your parents then you start expecting from your parent that they will bought the gift , you start thinking about the quality of that particular thing that how it looks, how i can use it, what are my friend's reaction when they see it.

   2. Give More

Giving simply depend on you ,if you are giving others your some time then you can make them happy.
( it sound very simple but let's believe on me it works)
Give others from your whole heart, half-hearted giving can create a negative impacts on your life-style.

3. Talking to elder about their experiences from life

In adolescence we thinks that we know every thing about life, or we feels that we can do everything without others help.
yes my friend it is true but not full true.
Yes you can but you have to go through a particular way, if you only start copying from your friend this think also hurts you ; because they may get success (fun)from this work you may not.
So start taking help from elders and discuss your problems with your parents.

So in the end i want you to share your views in the comments that Do you agree me?
&

Its your Life its your choice its fully depends on you how you spend it by trying to impress others or satisfying your goals.
